Description
Retrieve a user's bookmarks specifying an XYZ position and
annotations, for a given neuTu user on a DVID server
Usage

dv_get_user_bookmarks(user, conn = NULL, ...)
Arguments
user
a user is, typically surname followed by the first letter of
their first name, sometimes followed by a number
conn
optional DVID connection object (see dv_conn)

Additional arguments passed to dv_fetch
