Modify Taxon Names
Description
Modifies taxon names in a taxonomy table.
Usage
modify_taxonomy(x, term = "unclassified")
Arguments
x
taxonomy table.
term
term used for unclassified/unidentified taxa.
Details
Adds to unclassified/unidentified taxa the lowest taxon name known.
Value
A data frame with taxonomic categories.
