Resubmission

This is a resubmission. In this version I have:

• Converted the form of references in DESCRIPTION to authors (year) .

• Added some details about the package functionality and implemented methods.

*added \value to DLSSM.plot.Rd files

*Added on.exit() in code R/DLSSM.R that the settings are reset when the function is exited.

*Deleted objects rm(list = ls()) in examples
