In jimrothstein/yt_api: R functions to use Google Youtube API

What problems does it solve?

-   secure messaging between two computers
-   allow 3rd party access to data, but with restrictions
-   update data, such as add a new video to Youtube.
-   allows devices running different software to communicate.
-   allow us to logon using information from a 3rd (Use Google)

Restful APIs refer to specfic documentation and rules:

-   Consider a ball, any ball suitable for kicking.   
-   The game of soccer and its rules would be `Restful API`.
