Description

The DESCEND class is a container to store the DESCEND result for a single gene.

Slots

distribution

The distribution of the deconvolved distribution with relative statistics. theta are the discretized values, g are the probability at these values and SE.g is the standard deviation of these density estimates. G are the accumlated probabilities at these values and SE.G are the corresponding standard errors.

estimates

The matrix of distribution measurements and coefficients estimated values, bias, standard deviation and mean square error (named as DESCEND.sd)

pval

The p values of the likelihood ratio tests if computed

density.points

Smoothed version of the distribution for easier plotting of the distribution
