jlthomps/EflowStats: Returns HIT/HAT Hydrologic Indicator stats for a given set of data
Uses USGS NWISWeb web services to fetch data for the user's desired USGS NWIS stations; calculates all HIT/HAT hydrologic indicator statistics; and returns these statistics in a text output file.
