stain_ssh_key_gen: Generate a Stain ssh key.

Description
A 4096 bit key will be generated and stored in ~/.ssh/ with the name
stain_rsa.
Usage
1
stain_ssh_key_gen(overwrite = FALSE)
Arguments
overwrite
Should an existing Stain ssh key be overwritten. Default
value is FALSE.
