Steps for Creating the Report and Data Packages

1. Create four draft references in Data Store, one for the data publication report, and one for each of the three data packages that are generated. Update the /metadata/ReportNumbers.csv file with these numbers so that they can be referenced in the report and data package documentation.

2. Knit the data report as a word document.
