Usage
NMDSScree(x, dims = 10, ...)
Arguments
x
species by site abundance matrix
dims
either an integer of the maximum number of dimensions or an
integer vector of dimensions to try
...
additional arguments passed to vegan::metaMDS()
Value
plot object
