An R Interface to Generate Analysis like the Project SIGAPS.
Convention
This package try to follow the rules edicted in the book R packages by Hadley Wickham. If you want to contribute, please refer to these rules, espacially for coding style.
Data
The package is provided without the data needed to work properly. The end-user have to import himself, with the helpers functions, the tables with the SIGAPS paper rank. This step is easy if the user have an access to the official sigaps website.
Motivation
The initial motivation for this package was to understand how the system SIGAPS is working and making some simulations. Then I used it as a pet project to test various packages (shinydashboard and xml2 mainly) and the API of medline.
