Highlight movement up and down by skiers throughout a distance race.
Usage

dst_move_plot(data, n = 5, top_n = Inf, offset.x = 0.25)
Arguments
data
data.frame; as returned by parse_dst_pdf
n
integer; number of athletes to highlight in each direction
top_n
integer; focus on athletes moving into or out of the top_n
offset.x
numeric; amount to slide the names to the left/right
