Produces proper estimates in the Peters-Belson with Prognostic Heterogeneity method; to address whether there is an interaction between predicted outcome and treatment. This generally arise when testing hypotheses of the form "Do those most at risk (predicted to have a low outcome in the absence of treatment) gain more effect from the treatment?"
