It is important to note that the maximum flows will use the daily mean maximum if the month is filtered, e.g. maximum flow uses dataRetrieval::readNWISpeak(), which are QC'd instantaneous maximum flows, when all months are specified (1:12) otherwise using daily mean maximum flow.
