Prepares an axis title network message and sends it to the vr plotter server
Usage

vrlabels(plotTarget, xTitle, yTitle, zTitle, host = "localhost")
Arguments
plotTarget
Plotname to target the command to
xTitle
X axis title
yTitle
Y axis title
zTitle
Z axis title
host
The hostname of the plotting server computer
