Get iteration data from Mcmcdb object
Arguments

drop
logical. If TRUE, only return
chain_id and iter columns. If FALSE,
then return all data related to the iterations (other
than their values).
iter
Select only iterations with an interation
number in iter.
chain_id
Select only iteration with a chain in
chain_id.
Value
An object of McmcdbIters with chains and
iterations, and associated data, if drop=FALSE.
