jtleek/tspreg: Top scoring pairs regression
This package can be used to create top-scoring pairs classifiers. The idea is to use comparisons between features as the inputs into the regression models. These inputs are invariant to monotone transformations of the feature vectors and are measured on a fixed scale - allowing for integration of multiple data types.
