highmed : High Dimensionnal Mediation
The package contains a set of functions allowing to perform mediation analyzes in very high dimension. It was developed for DNA methylation data.
Installation
Installing the latest version from github requires devtools:
# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("jumentib/highmed")
