CalculateDose() Function
Description
This function divide the estimated dose of combined data into dose A and dose B by taking lambda.
Usage
CalculateDose(data, Lambda)
Arguments
data
: estimated dose of the effect
Lambda
: fixed mixture ratio (doseA)
