fftidy

The R package fftidy provides helper functions for the inner-group dominance analysis of capuchins within the Food For Thought project of the MPI AB.

Install

To install fftidy please run:

git clone https://github.com/k-hench/fftidy.git

cd fftidy

ln -s path/to/data ./

mkdir resources
cd resources/
ln -s path/to/geo_reference_data ./

remotes::install_local("path/to/fftidy")
