In kenkellner/jagsUI-slim: A Wrapper Around 'rjags' to Streamline 'JAGS' Analyses

jagsUI2

A refactored version of jagsUI that will eventually replace it on CRAN. The refactor has several goals:

• Maintain nearly all existing package functionality
• Make the code more maintainable
• Better memory management and computation speed
• Quality-of-life improvements

The dependencies are rjags, parallel, and Rcpp. The package is developed and tested using devtools, roxygen2, testthat, and covr.

Install directly from Github:

devtools::install_github('kenkellner/jagsUI2')

Or via git:

git clone 'https://github.com/kenkellner/jagsUI2'
cd jagsUI2
make install
