Thus far, we have:
-Trapezoidal integration (trapint)
-Two functions for mixing depth (mldtempcutoff, mldthermocline)
-Martin Curve particle flux attenuation constant (martincurveb)
-Oxygen saturation from Garcia and Gordon (1992) (oxysat)
-Equation of State from Fofonoff (1985) (esfofo)
-Water pressure as a function of depth from Dukowicz (2001) (dpress)
