In kforner/rcpp_progress: An Interruptible Progress Bar with OpenMP Support for C++ in R Packages

RcppArmadillo is a R package providing support for the Armadillo templated C++ linear algebra library.

We provide the RcppProgressArmadillo example package along with this package (https://github.com/kforner/rcpp_progress/tree/master/inst/examples/RcppProgressArmadillo), that can also be found in the examples/RcppProgressArmadillo directory of installed package.

You can use the test_amardillo_multithreaded R function to easily compile, run and test it.

The peculiarity is that you have to include the RcppArmadillo.h header before the progress.hpp RcppProgress header, and add RcppArmadillo in the LinkingTo: field of the package DESCRIPTION file.
