Description

Function to calculate the water budget using the direct method

Usage

water_budget_direct(Prec, EVT, Rmax)

Arguments

Prec	Numeric vector with the precipitation values
EVT	Numeric vector with the evapotranspiration values
Rmax	Maximum soil retention (in mm)

Value

This function returns a list with the following entries:

• R: soil storage

• RV: Soil storage variation

• ETR: Real evapotranspiration

• WD: Water deficit

• WE: Water excess

• RN: Runoff

• PC: Deep percolation
