rss_resistivity: rss_resistivity

In khaors/rves: R package for the interpretation of Vertical Electric Soundings

Description

Function to calculate the residual sum of squares between the measured and calculated apparent resistivity.

Usage

rss_resistivity(par, filter, apprho_measured, spacing)

Arguments

par	A numeric vector with the values of the real resisitivity and the layer thickness
filter	A numeric vector with the filter coefficients for a schlumberger array
apprho_measured	A numeric vector with the values of the measured apparent resistivity
spacing	A numeric vector with the values of AB/2.

Value

A numeric value with the residual sum of squares
