Shiny application to interactively visualize Conos structures. Users can visualize dendrograms of the hierarchical community structure of clusters calculated from walktrap clustering. Interactive heatmaps allow users to explore the composition of clusters, similarity of the cluster compositions, and related tSNE plots.
