kkdey/dash: Dirichlet Adaptive Shrinkage (dash) of Compositional data
Performs adaptive shrinkage of compositional counts data using Dirichlet adaptive shrinkage (dash). the package fits a multinomial counts data with a mixture prior of Dirichlet components of varying concentrations (ranging from very high to very low) to adaptively shrink the compositional probabilities.
