km20/gemalgorithm: Graphical Expectation Maximization
An extension of the Expectation Maximization algorithm is implemented for mixture of Gaussian Random Markov fields (GMRFs). The proposed algorithm is called Graphical Expectation-Maximization (GEM) Algorithm.
