Description
Attaches tract geometries and xwalk info to ct.pops. The reason for this function
is to avoid bundling geometries with this package, as they take up a lot of space.
Usage
attach.tract.geometry(cts)
Details
Called from trim.polys.by.pop – an important dependency and it works well, but
it would improve poly fcns to delete this fcn and do this a different way
