vcfR_docs
The R package vcfR was created to bring data that is formatted according to the VCF specification into R.
This repository was created to provide additional documentation for the package.
This repository can be downloaded and installed as an R package with the following command:
devtools::install_github(repo="knausb/vcfR_docs", build_vignettes=TRUE)
Once installed, the vignette contents can be viewed with:
browseVignettes(package="vcfR_docs")
