In koaning/baseliner: Baseliner offers baseline models, ie. models that should be easy to beat

Very often, you won't get code right the first time. So at the moment it is very much in an exploratory phase.

With that in mind, it makes sense to first discuss a feature or something in an issue.

Note that maybe everything before version 0.6 should be considered "playground".
