In koekvall/lvmmr: Mixed-type multivariate response regression

mmrr

This package implements the method proposed in the paper ``Mixed-type multivariate response regression with covariance estimation" by Ekvall and Molstad.

The package can be installed using the devtools package:

library(devtools)
install_github("koekvall/mmrr")
