labsyspharm/cluequery: Query the Clue Database of Perturbations Using R
Clue.io is a database of pertubations provided by the Broad institute. This package provides a programmatic interface to query the database from within R. Utility functions to query directly using differential gene expression results from DESeq2 are also included.
