Resubmission
This is a resubmission. In this version I have:
- Reduced the length of the title.
- Changed the description of the package.
- Added reference of the package in the description.
- Updated the year of license.
- Changed the function to write information messages to the console from cat() to stop().
- Added \value to the .Rd files.

- ubuntu 16.04 (on travis-ci), R 3.5.2
