An S4 class for fitted models from Data4M and SetModel4M.

Parameter.Estimates

A named list holding parameter estimates with the following entries:

Deflection.Angle.Parameters

A data.frame with columns Center and Concentration.

Step.Length.Parameters

A data.frame with columns Intercept, Autocorrelation, and Standard.Deviation.

Transition.Probabilities

A square matrix of transition probabilities.

Stationary.Distribution

A numeric vector giving the stationary distribution of Transition.Probabilties.

Zero.Inflation

A named list containing zero-inflation parameters.

AIC

A numeric value giving the AIC of the fitted model.

Residuals

A data.frame with columns Deflection.Angle and Step.Length giving probability-scale forecast residuals.

Viterbi.Path

A integer vector giving the Viterbi decoded state estimates.

Convergence

A character vector giving the convergence message.

TmbEnvironment

The environment code for the TMB MakeADFun object.
