Introduction
AnimalQTLDB is a companion experiment data package that stores five QTL databases for livestock animals, includes Cattle, Chicken, Horse, Pig, Sheep.AnimalQTLDB provides the database which is derived from the QTL information in GFF3 format of AnimalQTLdb(https://www.animalgenome.org/cgi-bin/QTLdb/index) to AnimalGene2QTL package.In the process of data dump, the nonexistent assignment is NULL, and ultimately build the SQLite database of five data tables.
