In lnribeiro/otimizr: Collection of numerical optimization algorithms
Otimizr
This R package implements some basic numerical optimization, such as:
- Steepest descent;
- Newton's method;
- Conjugate gradient;
- and hopefully many others in the future.
I'm using Nocedal's Numerical Optimization as reference.
