lolow/gdx2iamc: Convert a GDX into a IAMC XLS Submission File
Provides an easy way to convert a pre-formated GDX file into a xlsx submission file. It extracts the variables from a IAMC template, extracts the data from the GDX and generates accordingly the xlsx submission file.
