In lvaudor/graphiT: Graphics ToolKat interface to produce graphics easily

graphiT is a package which allows you to launch an interactive application, the Graphics ToolKat, via a simple call to the function graphiT:

Principle of the application

Upload your dataset

• Specify your datafile's path, and characteristics
• Subset data prior to any analysis and plotting if you wish

Plot your data

• Select variables X and Y
• Select graphic type
• Adjust characteristics such as size, color, symbols, axis titles, etc.

Export your graphic

• Choose graphic's format among .png, .jpeg, .bmp and .tiff
• Choose graphic's size
• Save graphic

Example data

The application comprises a default dataset that allows the user to test the application's functionalities. This dataset is a (fake) cat-related dataset comprised of 153 individuals and variables:

• haircolor (categorical)
• hairpattern (categorical)
• sex (categorical)
• weight (numeric)
• age (numeric)
• foodtype (categorical)
