Usage

msni(education_lsg, fsl_lsg, health_lsg, protection_lsg, shelter_lsg,
  wash_lsg, capacity_gaps, impact, ...)

Arguments

education_lsg	vector of sectoral living standard gap score (1-4 or 1-5)
fsl_lsg	vector of sectoral living standard gap score (1-4 or 1-5)
health_lsg	vector of sectoral living standard gap score (1-4 or 1-5)
protection_lsg	vector of sectoral living standard gap score (1-4 or 1-5)
shelter_lsg	vector of sectoral living standard gap score (1-4 or 1-5)
wash_lsg	vector of sectoral living standard gap score (1-4 or 1-5)
capacity_gaps	vector of capacity gap scores (1-4)
impact	vector of impact scores (1-4)
...	additional scores that set the total score to at least 2 if one of the provided scores is >=3
