magnusfurugard/tweetDumpR: Get tweets without restrictions
This packages uses the Twitter frontent-API to retrieve user tweets nearly limitless. It has no limitations of requests per time-window, but it throttles at about ~800 tweets for a single user. Based heavily on the following Python package: https://github.com/kennethreitz/twitter-scraper/.
