Description
makeAxes: function that generates new HSS-LDA axes given an LDA model coefficients
Usage
makeAxes(df, co = coefficients)
Arguments
df
a dataframe of cells (rows) by markers/genes (columns)
co
the dataframe of LDA coefficients from MASS::lda.
