Get the Coverage Evolution of a single-layer network

This function calls GetCoverageEvolutionMultilayer with Layers = 1.

GetCoverageEvolutionSingleLayer(
  TransitionMatrix,
  Nodes,
  TimeSequence,
  Approximate = FALSE,
  Approximate.disconnected = 0
)

`TransitionMatrix`	the transition matrix
`Nodes`	Layers
`TimeSequence`	Time sequence
`Approximate`	logical, use approximate method. Default FALSE
`Approximate.disconnected`	Numeric for approximate method. Default 0
