sample_theta(coalescent_theta)
Arguments
coalescent_theta
A boolean, if TRUE the theta is informed by the user,
if FALSE should be calculated from Ne and mutation rates.
Value
Theta values for each partition (nuclear, citoplasmatic and SSR).
