Description
An S4 Object class SimResults to store the p-values, labels and other necessary values for further analysis and evaluation.
Objects from the class
Objects can be created by using the SimResults function.
Slots
- pval
A matrix containing p-values.
- padj
A matrix containing the adjusted p-values.
- labels
A numeric vector indicating class labels (positives with 1, negatives with 0). For more details, see ?ROCR::prediction.
- stratify
A stratify factor driving data (optional).
