priorcl_read(ncfile, nodeids = NULL, reachids = NULL, as_sf = TRUE)
Arguments
ncfile
netcdf file containing prior info
nodeids
optional vector of node indices
reachids
optional vector of reach indices
as_sf
Convert to spatial frame object?
