Arguments
dir
Directory containing gdem rivertile netcdfs
gdem1, gdem2
gdem rivertile netcdfs to compare
thresh
Threshold for relative difference in widths, defaults to 0.15.
plot
Show plot of gdem comparison with cutoff?
