Usage

concordance.fitcox(model, newdata)
Arguments
model
A fitcox object returned by the fitcox function.
newdata
A dataframe of values to generate predictions for.
Value
A list containing:
- n.concordant
The number of concordant pairs
- n.discordant
The number of disccordant pairs
- c.index
Harrel's c-index
