Wrangle and clean data

2. Make_OR_Tables

Create tables of odds ratios based on GLMs, ALso create GAM models

3. make_cross_tabs

Create cross tabs with percentages and confidence intervals

4. make_prevalence_tables

Create tables with prevalences of antibodies, by specific covariates. Includes adjustment for imperfect test performance per Peter Diggle (2011)

5. save_functions

Functions to save data frames or plots simultaneously as csv and rds, or as png and pdf.

6. Specify decimal

A helper function to adjust the number of significant figures to be used in tables
