SmoothImage
A novel method for image smoothing, using regression modeling.
FEATURES:
• k-NN number of pixel neighbors, with defeault equal to 1.
• Optional weighting parameter, to weight the average of a given pixel and its regressed values.
• Capability of handling both color and grey-scale images.
• Option of classical approaches, e.g. median filter.
