matsei/lilatools: Reading files in LILA format
The LILA format is a formatting standard for ASCII files employed by the water balance model LARSIM. There are three different variants of the LILA format: LILA EINZEL, LILA BLOCK, LILA SPALTE. This package introduces functions to read files in all of these LILA format variants.
